Skoda factory

The Skoda Auto Factory in Mlada Boleslav. Skoda was founded in 1895 as Laurin and Klement, manufacturing bicycles, followed by motorcycles and in 1905 cars. Cars have been produced since then at Skoda’s factory. Skoda produced over 500.000 cars in 2006 with a range comprised of Fabia, Octavia, Roomster and Superb models. Czech car producer Skoda Auto is subsidiary of the German Volkswagen Group (VAG).
